Challenge
Craig came to us with a rough concept and supporting materials but no deck - needing a professional investor presentation that could communicate the AAC technology advantage, market opportunity in disaster-prone regions, and the business model to potential investors.
Solution
We built the full investor deck across three revision rounds - incorporating Craig's site photos, structuring the competitive matrix against major builders using traditional lumber and CMU, designing the financial projections, and adding more visual flair to bring the presentation up to the quality Craig expected.
Results
Craig and his partners walked into investor conversations with a polished deck built to support U & Us Homes' $10M raise.

Building the Investor Deck for U & Us Homes' $10M Construction Raise
U & Us Homes is a Texas-based luxury homebuilder using Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) - a material that improves energy efficiency by 30%, reduces insurance premiums by 30%, resists mold, termites, fire up to 2,000°F, and hurricane-force winds - to build homes that are insurable in regions traditional insurers are abandoning. With proof of concept established at Lago Vista, TX (3 units built, one sold and two under contract) and a track record of hurricane-resistant builds in the Caribbean, U & Us Homes is targeting the US luxury market in severe weather regions along the Gulf Coast, Florida, and the Carolinas.
