Mingying came to us with an existing pre-seed deck that was too text-heavy, had unclear problem framing, oversimplified market sizing, and a solution slide that buried the core value proposition. She needed a complete redesign that could speak more powerfully to the scale of the opportunity and the product's differentiation.
Solution
We rebuilt the deck with a significantly cleaner, more visual design - restructuring the problem slide with credible data points on R&D waste, redesigning the market opportunity slide, simplifying the solution narrative around Tylo's three differentiators, and incorporating the Quantumrun GTM partnership and enterprise client traction.
Results
Mingying walked away with a polished, design-improved version of the pre-seed deck to support Tylo's £300K raise at a £3M post-money valuation, with £172K already committed at time of engagement.
