Dan came to us with a content framework and a bold concept but no designed deck - and needed a visually stunning, investor-ready presentation that could match the scale and ambition of the project and convey the immersive feel of each decade-themed land.
Solution
We designed the full investor and partnership deck from scratch - building a rich visual identity using a custom warm retro color palette with decade-specific accent colors, sourcing and placing era-appropriate imagery for each themed land, and designing a clean narrative arc from vision through revenue projections, park layout, and sponsorship opportunities.
Results
Dan walked into investor and partnership conversations with a polished, visually striking deck that brought the RetroEscapes concept to life on the page.

RetroEscapes is the world's first nostalgia-focused entertainment district - a Las Vegas destination featuring five decade-themed lands spanning the 1950s through 1990s, plus a futuristic Tomorrow Zone. Designed in collaboration with PGAV Destinations - the firm behind projects for Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and the Georgia Aquarium - RetroEscapes is a category-defining concept targeting the intersection of experiential entertainment, multigenerational nostalgia, and the booming Las Vegas attractions market.
