Necole came to us with an existing deck that was strong on story but needed to be elevated visually and editorially - with active investor meetings already underway and feedback coming in live from those conversations. The deck also needed to balance two different modes: a lean circulating version and a deeper appendix-backed version for in-meeting Q&A.

We redesigned the full pitch deck - opening with Necole's deeply personal founding story to create emotional connection with investors, sharpening the problem, clinical validation, and competitive positioning slides, and building a product roadmap and appendix to address the questions investors were actually raising in meetings.
