Esteban came to us with a rough early-stage deck that was missing key investor-ready elements - clear market sizing, competitive positioning, a business model, financials, and a coherent narrative. He was preparing for YC and had investors actively asking to see the deck.
Solution
We rebuilt the full pitch deck from scratch - developing the content, narrative, and design together - and separately built a 5-year financial model with scenario analysis, revenue projections across both sides of the marketplace, app store fee assumptions, and a cap table. We delivered the deck on a tight 2-day turnaround ahead of a live investor meeting.
