
Challenge
Tristan came to us on a tight deadline with a skeleton M&A deck, content still being written, and a meeting window that couldn't move. He needed a designer who could work with incomplete slides, turn things around over a weekend, and - critically - understand the business context well enough to make design decisions without constant hand-holding.
Solution
We designed the full M&A pitch deck over a compressed timeline, working through multiple weekend iterations alongside Tristan and his co-founder. We translated a technically complex AI for BI product story into a clean, presentation-ready deck built specifically for the kind of sophisticated M&A audience that would eventually include Zendesk.
Results
HyperArc was acquired by Zendesk in July 2025 - announced as a strategic move to accelerate Zendesk's next-generation, GenAI-powered analytics platform and bring HyperArc's technology to hundreds of thousands of organizations worldwide.
