Challenge
Marc came to us after a previous designer failed to deliver the professional quality needed for sophisticated seed investors - the deck lacked polish, design sophistication, and the strategic narrative that would make the FLUX story land. He needed a complete rebuild that could serve as both a live pitch tool and a dense investor leave-behind.
Solution
We rebuilt the full deck from the ground up - sharpening the narrative across problem, competitive advantage, business model, and roadmap, redesigning every slide with a sophisticated, modern aesthetic, and working through multiple revision rounds to incorporate updated product renderings, financials, and competitive positioning.
Results
FLUX went on to announce secured funding and sold-out pre-orders in April 2025 - with production scheduled to begin in 2026 and a new headquarters opened to support expanded engineering operations.

Building the Seed Deck That Helped FLUX Secure Funding and Sell Out Pre-Orders
FLUX is building the first full-size electric motorcycle platform designed to outperform gas - targeting 200hp, 280mi range, and 10-minute supercharging via car networks. Founded by a world-class team including Marc Fenigstein (co-founder of Alta Motors) and Karl Ytterborn (co-founder of CAKE), FLUX leverages $100M+ in R&D and IP acquired from Alta, Damon, and Stark to shortcut years of development that competitors spent millions just to begin.
"Superb experience working with Giorgi, and will come back to him next time I'm building a pitch!"
