TJ came to us with detailed content for each portfolio company and needed a polished investor presentation that could serve both as a digital pitch deck and a printable brochure - with QR codes, legal disclaimers, photo-heavy design, and a fund lifecycle visualization.
Solution
We built the full fund deck across five revision rounds - incorporating brand photos for each concept, designing a fund lifecycle diagram, adding QR codes and investor portal links, and working through TJ's detailed slide-by-slide edits to get every detail right.
Results
TJ walked into investor conversations with a polished fund presentation now hosted on the live Incomparably Dope Venture Partners website - actively fundraising for Arizona's local VC market.

The Downtown Mesa Opportunity Fund includes four commitment-ready portfolio companies - Level 1 Arcade Bar ($2.5M-$3.5M ARR, Phoenix New Times Best Arcade Bar), Outcast Doughnuts ($450K-$550K ARR), Rebel Wine Lounge, and Wrapsesh (West Coast Regional Winners, $400K-$500K ARR) - alongside two income-producing commercial properties in Downtown Mesa targeting over $250K in annual rental revenue.
