
Challenge
Tee came to us at the earliest stages of the institution - with a draft business plan, initial financial model, and strong vision but no pitch deck, no one-pager, and no formal strategic plan. He needed a complete fundraising package across five separate deliverables built from the ground up.
Solution
We built the full package - investor pitch deck, financial projections, business plan, 5-year strategic plan, and investor one-pager - across multiple revision rounds incorporating Cameroon-specific market data, CEMAC regional analysis, competitor research, and financial modeling in FCFA (with USD/FCFA conversion).
Results
Tee walked away with a complete fundraising and planning package for BOLO IT - and the institution went on to launch its first course in April 2025 with Tafor Niba (ex-Uber, Bank of America, Worldpay) as lead instructor.

BOLO Institute of Technology is a Douala, Cameroon-based tech education institution accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education - offering bilingual (English and French), industry-aligned certification and degree programs in cloud computing, data engineering, DevOps, and software development. Built on a "learn by doing" model with real-world capstone projects, BOLO IT targets the CEMAC region's rapidly growing tech talent gap where 70%+ of the population is under 30 and traditional universities offer little practical training for the digital economy.
