Challenge
Golan came to us with an existing deck that was too technical and product-heavy for investor audiences - it needed to be transformed into a more visual, story-driven narrative that clearly communicated urgency, competitive differentiation, and the size of the opportunity without losing the technical credibility that made Biometrikey defensible.
Solution
We rebuilt the deck across multiple revision rounds - incorporating feedback from external advisors including a YC expert - simplifying the language, adding visual comparisons, strengthening the competitive positioning, and finalizing the investment slide with a clear $1.5M ask at a $15M pre-money valuation.
Results
Golan walked into investor conversations with a polished, cleaner deck built to support Biometrikey's raise - backed by 11 global patents, a working MVP on Android, and pilots active with fintech and Web3 platforms.

Building the Investor Deck for Biometrikey's $1.5M Raise
Biometrikey is an Israeli deep-tech security company building the biometric identity layer for the internet - replacing passwords entirely with a multi-modal authentication engine that fuses palm line geometry, interactive gesture recognition, 3D facial biometrics, and fingerprint verification into one seamless, deepfake-resistant user action. Founded by Golan Weiss, a 30-year security veteran with 10+ global patents, and backed by PhDs in AI and computer science from TAU and the Technion.
