Challenge
Omar came to us with a draft Series A deck that needed a full redesign and content sharpen - evolving the pitch across multiple rounds as the team refined their narrative around the therapist supply gap, training model, unit economics, and Saudi expansion strategy.
Solution
We designed the full Series A pitch deck across seven revision rounds - building a clean, professional aesthetic that balanced medical credibility with platform startup energy, structuring the narrative around the Arab mental health crisis, competitive differentiation, B2C and B2B model, favorable unit economics (6:1 LTV/CAC ratio), and the $2M raise. We also built a separate Virtual Training Academy presentation following the deck completion.
Results
Arab Therapy had already raised $1M from Flat6Labs, Innovation Hub, and angel investors at the time of the deck, and was raising $2M Series A at a $15M pre-money valuation. The platform has since grown to 200+ therapists and expanded with new therapy categories and enterprise B2B partnerships.

Building the Deck That Helped Arab Therapy Raise $2M Series A
Arab Therapy is the leading online mental health platform for Arabic speakers - connecting 470M+ Arabic speakers to culturally and linguistically appropriate therapy, at a time when the Arab world has just 5 therapists per 100,000 people versus 62 globally. Founded by Dr. Tareq Dalbah (child psychiatrist, previously at German university hospitals), Arab Therapy operates its own Virtual Training Academy to train and certify therapists, with 45+ graduates across 6 training waves, and is trusted by UNICEF, IRC, Mercy Corps, Etihad Airways, and Oxfam as a B2B mental health provider.
"Wow, this is it!"
