Challenge
Tamara came to us with a draft deck built in Canva that had the spirit of the brand but needed significant content reshaping and professional design - ahead of raising €1.3M to stabilize operations, add machines, patent the AerMethod, and build toward an international chain of holistic gyms.
Solution
We rebuilt the full investor deck in close collaboration with Tamara across multiple revision rounds - sharpening the problem narrative around modern sedentary lifestyles, building out the competitive landscape, designing the financial projections slide with monthly and yearly capacity models, and incorporating media validation and partnership traction throughout.
Results
Tamara walked into investor conversations with a polished, investor-ready deck that clearly communicated Aer's distinctive market position as the first studio in Western Europe to offer the AerMethod at scale.

Building the Investor Deck for Aer Stretching's €1.3M Berlin Wellness Raise
Aer Stretching is a Berlin Mitte wellness studio founded by Tamara Shengeliya - a Georgian musician and filmmaker who rediscovered an ancient Slavic movement practice called Pravilo during a visit to her hometown of Tbilisi, which cured the chronic back pain that had threatened her piano career. The AerMethod uses gravity-assisted stretching on custom wooden machines to decompress the spine, release muscle tension, and restore alignment - combining yoga, physiotherapy, and functional training into one bespoke 60-minute session. Since opening in August 2024, Aer has conducted 200+ sessions, earned 50+ five-star reviews, been featured in Harper's Bazaar Germany and Vogue Italy, and joined ClassPass - with no paid marketing.
"Looks perfect to me."
